Hot Day Mall, Your AC Bill

Khon Kaen is hot today. So hot the air shimmers above the parking lot. I drove to Central Plaza just to escape the heat for a few hours. Free air conditioning, free people watching, expensive iced coffee on someone else card.

The fans always ask why I do not move to Bangkok full time. Honestly, I like Khon Kaen. Smaller crowds, lower expenses, and the regulars here are loyal. Why move when the money still finds you?

I will be inside the mall most of the afternoon. Air conditioned, scrolling, replying to messages, accepting transfers. By the time I leave it will be cooler outside, and someone else will have paid for my whole day.
