City Train, Your Commute

Hi from the BTS. Coral shirt, messy hair, big smile. That is me on a Friday morning taking the train like a regular person. Except I am not a regular person because regular people do not look this happy on public transportation.

The view from the platform is actually pretty nice if you stop and look. City buildings, green trees, blue sky. Bangkok is beautiful when you pay attention. Most people are too busy staring at their phones. I am staring at my phone too but only because I am taking a selfie.

I like the train because it is fast and I do not have to deal with traffic. Plus sometimes people recognize me and that is always fun. A smile from a stranger can make your whole morning better.

Simple day today. Train ride, errands, maybe some food later. Not every day needs to be fancy. But every day I need to look good. That part is non-negotiable.
